Star Coffees Vol. 7 is a single-origin Ethiopia grown by Tamiru Tadesse, a Sidama-zone producer whose farm has won Ethiopia's Cup of Excellence and been named among Coffee Review's Top 30 Coffees of the Year — honey, mango, and black cherry in the cup. Tadesse is one of the more decorated names in recent Ethiopian competition coffee, and this lot carries his name directly rather than a cooperative or washing-station label.

This Star Coffees release repackages the same producer lot behind DABOV's standard single-origin listing, Tamiro Tadesse, as Volume 7 of our Star Coffees Collection — a numbered series of small, collectible releases built around lots we consider worth a second, more deliberate presentation. The cup itself carries Ethiopia's classic bright, fruit-forward register: honey sweetness, ripe mango, and a black cherry finish.

It suits a drinker curious about named-producer Ethiopian coffee specifically, or a collector working through DABOV's numbered Star Coffees volumes. DABOV also carries a separate, anaerobic-processed lot from the same producer, Ethiopia Alo Mosto, for anyone who wants to compare processing styles from the same farm.
