The Star Collection

The Star Collection is our numbered series of exceptional finds — coffees so distinct that each gets its own volume number and its moment alone on stage. Think of it as a running logbook of the best things our founder's cupping table has turned up: when a lot earns a volume, it joins a lineage rather than a shelf.

The volumes so far tell the story. Vol. 1 opened with a Honduras Gesha Natural. Vol. 5 is El Salvador COE #3 2024, a ranked Cup of Excellence winner. Vol. 6 traveled to Nicaragua for a Mierish lot; Vol. 7 to Ethiopia for a coffee from Tamiru Tadesse; and Vol. 9 landed on Panama's Finca Lerida for a Geisha BLACK Honey. Different countries, different varieties, one thread: each was judged worth remembering by number.

Can I try several volumes at once?
