PUQpress Navigator — Automatic Coffee Distribution

The PUQpress Navigator is the first automatic coffee distributor, designed to perfectly level the coffee bed in the portafilter basket before tamping. A consistently level distribution is the foundation of even water flow through the puck — uneven distribution causes channelling, which destroys extraction quality regardless of how good the grind and tamping are.

By automating the distribution step, the Navigator removes a variable that is difficult to standardise across different baristas and different service conditions. The result is a more consistent espresso puck and more repeatable extraction quality throughout the day.

Available in Black and White, compatible with 58.3mm portafilter baskets.
