Typically, you can take advantage of flat-rate shipping for standard delivery across the 48 states. If you spend above a certain amount, you may even qualify for free shipping! For expedited shipping, please contact our support team for assistance.

After placing your order, expect a prompt email from us containing your tracking number and delivery date confirmation. Collaborating with various carriers in the US through third-party services, please note that expenses related to express services or additional charges are billed directly by the shipping service provider.

At DABOV, we value our team's work-life balance. While we're closed on holidays, any orders placed during these times will be promptly processed on the next business day.

For the best coffee experience, we recommend letting the freshly roasted coffee beans rest for up to 10 - 15 days post-roasting. Our shipping times typically cover this resting period, ensuring your coffee arrives at its flavor peak. We roast small batches with care, updating available quantities on our website after their rest, so you can savor that perfect brew.

Some products on our website may include a warranty, which will be clearly indicated on their respective pages. We prioritize delivering top-quality goods and provide guides for the use or operation of most offered items.

While this might differ from what you're accustomed to, rest assured our commitment to European standards ensures the highest product quality.

Subscriptions

At DABOV, we offer a diverse range of subscription options for our exceptional specialty coffees available directly on our website. Dive into our monthly subscription featuring our most cherished products. Choose between pre-built subscriptions or customize your own to match your preferences. Subscriptions can include various quantities, starting from a minimum of 4 packages of 7 oz or 1 pack of 2.2 lbs, all with free shipping and fantastic prices.

Our subscription boxes are dispatched monthly, contingent on your subscription initiation day. Once payment is received, we place the order with our roastery. Upon readiness, the order is transferred to our location and subsequently shipped to you. We strongly endorse the subscription option to our customers as it ensures freshly roasted specialty coffee is delivered right to your doorstep precisely when you need it!

Managing your subscription with DABOV is hassle-free! You can modify your subscription preferences (quantities, delivery frequency, or products), skip deliveries if needed, or cancel anytime through your account dashboard. To ensure timely processing, please request cancellations at least 10 days before the scheduled payment. Need help? Returns & Exchanges

At DABOV, we stand behind our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If the flavors in your cup don't meet your expectations, contact us within 15 days of your purchase for a full refund.

For unopened and unused items, we offer a 30-day exchange/return window from the date of purchase. Buyers are responsible for covering all return and exchange shipping fees. Orders that haven't been shipped can be canceled at no cost. However, once shipped, cancellations are accepted but won't include refunded shipping fees. Additionally, certain items may have a restocking fee, determined at the discretion of our partners.
