Where does it come from?

This coffee originates from Chinacla, Honduras, where Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera cultivate some of the country’s most celebrated microlots. The region’s rich soil, favorable climate, and high elevation create ideal growing conditions for the Gesha variety, enhancing its floral aromas, silky body, and layered sweetness.

Best brew

For the best experience, we recommend filter brewing methods such as V60, Chemex, Aeropress, or French Press to highlight the coffee’s floral complexity and vibrant sweetness. For espresso lovers, this Gesha also produces a delicate and aromatic shot with a refined balance of honey-like sweetness and citrus brightness.

Process and variety

Process: Natural

Variety: Gesha

The natural process involves drying the whole coffee cherries in the sun on raised beds, allowing the beans to absorb the natural sugars and fruity aromas of the cherry pulp. This method enhances the coffee’s sweetness and complexity, creating a rich and multi-layered flavor profile. The Gesha variety is globally prized for its unique floral characteristics, tea-like elegance, and tropical fruit notes.
