This exceptional coffee comes from Lekun Farm, located in the renowned Sidamo region of Ethiopia, at an elevation of 2300 meters above sea level. We selected this coffee for its vibrant, juicy, and clean sweetness, complemented by a long-lasting and balanced flavor. The coffee hails from the Sidamo region in Ethiopia, a world-renowned area known for producing complex and flavorful coffees. Lekun Farm, perched at an altitude of 2300 meters, enjoys perfect conditions for growing the Heirloom variety. These factors contribute to the coffee’s unique and vibrant profile, distinguishing it from other coffees in the region.
Best brew
For the best taste experience, we recommend brewing this coffee using filter methods such as V60, Chemex, or Aeropress. Use a coffee-to-water ratio of 1:16 and water temperature between 92-96°C to highlight the bright and sweet flavor notes of forest fruits, strawberries, and cream.
