State-of-the-Art Roasting Technology
At DABOV, we utilize some of the best roasting technology available to ensure every bean is roasted to perfection. Our primary roaster, a Probat 12-kilogram machine, is renowned for its ability to handle small batches, which is ideal for our nano-lots. In 2020, we enhanced our roasting capabilities with a Loring machine from the USA, one of the most advanced roasters available globally. This technology ensures uniform roasting, which is crucial for achieving consistency in flavor and quality across all our batches.
Beyond Coffee: Teas and Chocolates
In response to the rising global demand for premium teas, we launched our DelmarTe line in 2010. After the meticulous tasting of over 3,000 teas, we selected the finest to offer to our customers. This line quickly became a favorite among tea enthusiasts, available in three distinct collections: DELMARTE PREMIUM, DELMARTE HOME, and DELMARTE EXCLUSIVE. Additionally, we introduced our Chocotigo brand in 2015, featuring high-quality hot and iced chocolates that complement our beverage range perfectly, providing a complete gourmet experience.
