Boquete
Panama Lérida Geisha Natural (Lot 0527) is a natural-processed Gesha grown at 1,900 meters on Finca Lérida, a historic estate in Boquete, Panama — tropical fruit, chamomile, and raspberry in the cup. Panama's Boquete highlands are the terroir that built Gesha's international reputation, and Finca Lérida is one of the region's longest-documented specialty estates.
Natural processing here means the whole ripe cherry, skin and fruit intact, is dried in the sun around the bean rather than being pulped first. That extended contact between fruit and seed is what pushes this lot toward a riper, more tropical-fruit-forward cup than a washed Gesha would show from the same trees — and, alongside our honey-processed sibling from the same estate, Panama Lérida Geisha Honey (Lot 0562), it's a chance to taste how processing alone reshapes an identical varietal and origin.
We carry this as a numbered, limited lot rather than a reorderable catalog item — once this batch of Lot 0527 sells through, it isn't coming back under the same number. It belongs to our Rare Gesha Estates collection alongside DABOV's other limited Gesha releases.
