Pick by flavour

Bright & fruity coffees — think washed Ethiopian and Kenyan lots — carry lively acidity with floral and citrus notes; they show best as pour-over or filter, brewed a touch lighter. Rich & chocolatey coffees are deeper and syrupy, hold up to milk, and make the most reliable espresso. Balanced blends are the forgiving everyday choice — they taste good across methods and are the safe gift. Want the same ritual with less caffeine? Decaf & low-caf lots are chosen for flavour first, not just for being decaf.

Pick by brew & get the recipe right

Buy whole bean if you own a grinder — coffee stales fastest once ground, so grinding per brew is the single biggest freshness win; otherwise choose ground and tell us your method at checkout.
