The E37Z Naked is Ceado's most uncompromising single-dose espresso grinder, achieving approximately 0g retention through the combination of SweepOut technology and a DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coated grinding chamber. The DLC coating reduces friction and static, ensuring virtually all grounds reach the portafilter without residue.

The Quick Set Gear mechanism enables fast switching between espresso and filter grind settings without tools, making the E37Z Naked an excellent choice for cafes running both espresso and pour-over programs from a single grinder. All the DNA of the E37Z family is present: 83mm flat steel burrs, touchscreen display, Active Thermal Control, and a detachable chute.
