The Mini is a standalone tamper — it sits on the counter next to your grinder rather than mounting to it, so it works with any 58.3 mm-basket espresso setup regardless of grinder brand. Tamp diameter runs 53–58.3 mm, covering naked, single-spout, and double-spout portafilters from most commercial and prosumer machines.

• PUQpress started because a barista's arm was sore. Founder Laurens Pluimers, an engineer who designed jackup rig ships, overheard the complaint in a café in Delft, the Netherlands, and built the first prototype in a single day.
