Grinder Fit

PUQpress designs the M2 specifically for the Mythos and Mythos II grinder, sold under both the Victoria Arduino and Nuova Simonelli nameplates — both brands operate under the same parent, Simonelli Group, which is why the same grinder and the same M2 mount serve either badge. It is not a universal fit for other grinder brands; PUQpress builds separate integrated models — M3 for Mahlkönig E65S, M4 for Fiorenzato, M5 for Mahlkönig E80S, and M6 for Victoria Arduino's MY series — each cut for its own chassis.

DABOV doesn't currently carry the Mythos grinder itself; if you already run one on your bar, the M2 mounts to it directly. If you're choosing a grinder and tamper together, our Mahlkönig lineup pairs with the M3 and M5 instead.

• Victoria Arduino has been building espresso equipment since 1905 — over a century before the Mythos grinder the M2 mounts to ever existed, making it one of the oldest names in Italian espresso manufacturing still in production today.

• The same grinder wears two brand names. Mythos and Mythos II are sold under both the Victoria Arduino and Nuova Simonelli nameplates, a reflection of both brands sitting under the same parent company rather than two separate grinder designs.

• At 6.3 kg, the M2 is the heaviest tamper PUQpress builds. Every other integrated model in the M-series — M3 through M6 — comes in lighter, a function of the specific bracket hardware needed to mount to the Mythos chassis.
