Panama Lérida Geisha Honey (Lot 0562) is an honey-processed Gesha grown at 1,900 meters on Finca Lérida, a historic coffee estate in Boquete, Panama — floral, mango, and peach in the cup. Finca Lérida is one of the country's oldest documented specialty estates, and its Boquete highlands are the same terroir behind Panama's reputation as the benchmark origin for Gesha.

Honey processing sits between washed and natural: the cherry's skin is removed but a layer of sticky mucilage is left on the parchment to dry with the bean, pulling extra sweetness and body into the cup without the heavier fruit character of a full natural. On this lot, that shows up as a rounder, more mango-forward cup than a washed Gesha, while staying cleaner than a natural.

We carry this as a numbered, limited lot rather than a standing catalog item — a rare, unrepeatable batch rather than something we can reorder once it sells through. It's a fit for a Gesha drinker who wants to taste how process changes the same varietal and origin, and it sits alongside our natural-processed sibling from the same estate, Panama Lérida Geisha Natural (Lot 0527), in our Rare Gesha Estates collection.
