The E65T Grind-by-Sync is Mahlkönig's connected on-demand espresso grinder, built around the Mahlkönig Sync System IoT platform. Grind-by-Sync technology enables the grinder to automatically receive and apply grind setting recommendations based on extraction data from connected machines and scales — bringing data-driven grind management to the commercial bar without manual adjustment.

Electrical burr distance adjustment replaces the traditional mechanical adjustment ring with a precise motorised system, allowing grind setting changes to be made remotely via the Sync App without interrupting service. Cloud connectivity keeps the grinder integrated with the broader Mahlkönig ecosystem.

Available in Black and White, the E65T GbS is designed for specialty coffee operations that want to leverage extraction data to improve and maintain consistency across shifts and baristas.
