Why we chose it

This is our second El Salvador Cup of Excellence coffee in a second year in a row.

What a taste this tipical Salvadoran 100% Arabica variety, Pacamara, gives! We can taste the dense sweetness of papaya, enhanced by dark chocolate and sugar cane notes.

Fresh orange adds to the bright citric acidity.

Well-deserved 89.25 points from the jury and 7th position in COE El Salvador 2021.
