Ceado REV Steel WAM — Consistent Weight, Consistent Espresso

The REV Steel WAM upgrades the REV platform with WAM (Weight Adjustment Module), an integrated weighing system that delivers a precisely consistent weight of ground coffee for every shot. Weight-based dosing eliminates the variability inherent in time-based dosing, providing more reproducible shot volumes and better shot-to-shot consistency — especially valuable during busy service.

The REV platform's GTM (Grounds Temperature Management) keeps grounds temperature stable and low by separating the motor from the burr chamber and adding insulation — reducing heat transfer that would otherwise cause flavour deviation as the machine warms up. Steady Lock compensates for thermal expansion to maintain a constant burr gap throughout service.

Enhanced noise reduction insulation makes the REV Steel WAM a quieter machine than conventional espresso grinders, contributing to a better café environment. The motor-from-burrs separation also improves long-term mechanical reliability.
