SweepOut Dual Spin reduces residual retention to approximately 2g, ensuring that 99% of ground coffee reaches the portafilter — critical for single-origin espresso programs where cross-contamination defeats the purpose of the offering.

83mm Red Speed burrs deliver a distinctive grind particle distribution optimised for flavour clarity and high throughput, making the REV Zero WAM ideal for cafes running multiple single-origin espressos simultaneously.
