Which roast is best for espresso?
Many people choose medium to medium-dark roasts for espresso because of their body and sweetness. Lighter roasts work too and taste brighter and more acidic. Adjust the roast to your taste.
What is the difference between light and dark roast?
Lighter roasts keep more of the bean's origin flavors and acidity. Darker roasts bring a heavier body and roasted, chocolatey notes with less acidity.
What does natural process mean?
The coffee cherries are dried whole, with the fruit still on the bean, before it is removed. This usually gives a sweeter, fruit-forward cup. In a washed coffee the fruit is removed first, which tends to taste cleaner.
Do you sell capsules or pods?
Yes. We sell Nespresso-compatible capsules and ESE pods; both are in the shop.
Can I change the filters after the quiz?
Yes. Your result opens our coffee category with filters already applied, and you can change the brewing method, roast level or process there, or clear them to see everything.
