Barista & Pantry

The coffee is only most of the drink. Everything else that touches the cup — the milk you steam, the alternative you froth, the sugar on the saucer, the syrup in your cold brew — either supports the coffee or sabotages it. This section stocks the consumables side of the bar, chosen with the same fussiness as the beans.

Milk comes first, because milk drinks dominate any bar's ticket rail. Italy Barista Milk and a lactose-free barista milk cover the dairy side, while Dryk's barista-formulated plant range — Oat, Pea, and Cocoa drinks — handles the growing non-dairy crowd with products designed to stretch into microfoam rather than split in the pitcher. Alongside them: a Cold Brew Syrop for building sweetened cold drinks, and brown and white sugar sachets for clean, portion-controlled table service.

Why does "barista" milk matter?

Formulation. Barista editions — dairy or plant — are engineered for steaming: enough protein and fat structure to build glossy, stable foam that holds latte art and doesn't collapse or curdle against coffee's acidity. Pour a standard oat drink and a barista oat drink side by side and the difference shows up in the pitcher within seconds. Stock the bar once from this page and the coffee gets the supporting cast it deserves.
